Helping Young Ladies Protect Themselves

Self-Defense America, Brandon recently partnered with the Tampa Metro YMCA's Ophelia Project team members to hold a safety workshop for middle-school aged girls on how to escape attackers. This informative two-hour clinic was free and open to the public. Girls learned techniques to break away from a would-be kidnapper. This is only one example of Self-Defense America's committement to working towards a stronger and safer Tampa Bay community. View photos from the workshop.
